When you arrive at our Greentree studio near the Mt. Lebanon border, we’ll get you settled and talk through the look you’re going for. Our Classic set is one extension on one natural lash. That’s what keeps it looking like you, just more awake.

1) Consult and mapping that actually feels like a conversation

If you’re unsure what length or curl to choose, you’re in good company. We’ve had first-timers tell us they had “no clue what length, style, or shape to choose, ” and they loved having their lash artist pick what fit best. We’ll ask what you like, what you don’t, and how you do your makeup on a normal day. Then we’ll map your set so it frames your eye shape instead of overpowering it.

2) Getting comfortable (and staying that way)

You’ll lie back with your eyes closed. Most people find it relaxing. A regular described it as “therapeutic to lay there relaxed, music playing, ” and that’s exactly what we aim for. If you want quiet, we’ll keep it quiet. If you want to chat a little, we can do that too.

At the end, we’ll check symmetry, comfort, and the overall vibe. Our goal is the Classic look that reads like mascara, not a strip lash. You’ll leave knowing exactly how to keep them clean and how to book fills so your set doesn’t get sparse.

The first 48 hours: lash extension aftercare that protects retention

The biggest retention wins happen right after your appointment. For the first 24–48 hours, keep your lashes dry. That means no washing your face in the shower stream, no steam rooms, and try to avoid heavy sweating. This matters even more during Pittsburgh summer humidity.
