Technique and application process
Hybrid combines single Classic extensions with lightweight Volume fans to create texture and targeted density. Technicians alternate singles and fans to add fullness where your natural lashes need it while keeping overall length simple. This blending produces a layered, tapered effect rather than an all-over dense look, and the final mapping determines how the texture frames your eyes.
A Hybrid Full Set is scheduled for 120 minutes and priced at $210. During that time you’ll get a consult, custom mapping, and meticulous application. Clients consistently report the results feel comfortable and look natural; many note only minimal fallout in the first days when following basic care and refill guidance from the artist.
Styling, mapping, and options
We tailor the mix of Classic and Volume to your lash pattern, eye shape, and desired drama. Your artist will recommend lengths, curl types, and where to place fans for balance. All styles include refills and mini-fills under either standard or Master Lash Artist options, so upkeep is planned into the service rather than left as an extra.
If you want extra refinement, a Master Lash Artist can perform the service for an additional twenty to forty dollars per service, offering more detailed mapping and subtle customization. Keep in mind the final fullness is limited by your natural lashes’ density; the hybrid technique enhances texture without overcoming natural lash capacity.
Local timing and seasonal notes
Deka Lash Greentree serves Pittsburgh’s Greentree and Carnegie corridors with commuter-friendly times—late-afternoon and early-evening slots work well for Parkway West clients heading home. Weekend and after-school appointments accommodate families and busy professionals from Carnegie, Bridgeville, Mt. Lebanon, Dormont, and Crafton who want a convenient stop before or after shopping or dining.
Hybrid is busiest in May, June, and December because bridal parties and holiday travelers favor its balance of texture and wearability. Remember Pittsburgh’s four-season climate: snow and heavy rain can affect travel time, and the salon is accessible from Greentree Road and nearby Port Authority bus routes and light-rail stations in the Dormont/Carnegie area.
