Most clients return every 2–3 weeks depending on their natural lash growth and daily care. Your technician will assess retention and recommend the ideal refill interval based on your style—TrueXpress® may require more frequent touch-ups than Classic or MegaVolume.
Yes—many clients transfer sets. We’ll evaluate adhesive, lash health, and isolated extensions to determine compatibility. In some cases a full removal and fresh application may be safer to prevent damage. Please arrive with a clear photo or description of your current set.
Avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara, and steam for 24 hours before your refill. Come with clean, makeup-free lashes so your artist can evaluate retention accurately. If you wear contacts, bring solution or plan to remove them during the service.
Refill times vary by style: TrueXpress® refills are fastest (about 30–45 minutes), Classic and Hybrid generally take 45–75 minutes, while TrueVolume and MegaVolume may take up to 90 minutes. Your technician will give a more precise estimate during booking.
When performed by certified artists using proper isolation and bond techniques, refills should not damage natural lashes. We assess lash integrity each visit and recommend corrective steps if breakage or thinning is present. Follow aftercare instructions to maintain lash health and retention.
