We recommend refills every 2–3 weeks to maintain MegaVolume density. Timing depends on natural lash cycle, shedding rate, and desired fullness. Your stylist will assess retention and recommend a personalized refill schedule each visit.

Usually yes — we can often refill MegaVolume extensions applied elsewhere, but we require an in-person assessment. Different techniques or adhesives may affect compatibility; bring photos or arrive early so we can examine and advise the best refill option.

When applied and maintained properly, MegaVolume refills shouldn't damage natural lashes. Our technicians use lightweight fans, safe adhesives, and precise isolation techniques. Regular professional refills plus gentle home care minimize breakage and premature shedding risks.

Most MegaVolume refills take 45–75 minutes depending on retention and how many lashes need replacing. First-time consultations may add time. Your artist will give an estimated appointment length when booking based on desired fullness.

Avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara, and heavy eye makeup for 24 hours before your refill. Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes for faster service. If you've recently had an eye infection or surgery, please call before booking.

We accept limited same-day appointments and occasional walk-ins depending on availability. Booking online or calling ahead is recommended to secure your preferred time. Cancellations and peak times may affect same-day options.
