We recommend TrueVolume refills every 2 to 3 weeks to replace naturally shed lashes and preserve density. Individual retention varies by lash cycle and lifestyle, so your technician will suggest a personalized schedule during your visit.
A standard refill appointment usually takes 45 to 75 minutes depending on how many extensions need replacing and overall retention. Minimal sheds are faster while heavier fills or shape adjustments require more time.
If you already have a TrueVolume full set, we can refill it. New clients or clients with a different extension style should book a full set first or call so we can assess and transition safely.
When applied and maintained correctly by a licensed technician, refills should not damage natural lashes. Proper adhesive choice, gentle removal of loose extensions, and good aftercare protect lash health.
Avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for 24 to 48 hours after your refill. Gently brush daily with a clean spoolie, avoid rubbing or pulling, and use lash-safe cleansers to extend retention.
